Stacey Dekraker is a great agent; she is self-effacing, not cocky at all, and just a good human being. And she knows her stuff. Stacey was great in every bit of our admittedly short journey. She has a phone log full of people who can fix/correct whatever problems the inspectors come up with, as requirements of sale. The good news there is that those people also know their stuff. She answered all my mom's, and my own questions without mumble jumble. If she didn't know the answer, her return calls/emails/texts delivering the answers were every bit as timely as I could have possibly wanted. Our entire family gladly gives her 5 STARS!

Stacey's office, within walking distance of the community, provided our introduction to Tucson Estates. We left Indiana on January 22 and arrived at Tucson Estates on the 25th. By February 8 we were in our new home. Stacey led us through all that needed to be done, handling the walk-throughs, the inspections, the title process, simply every bit of the process. Our timing could not have been worse with the annual Gem and Mineral show going on. All hotels/motels/ b&b were all booked up and we were forced to stay in a few dive motels. We got in touch with Stacey and told her we were looking to buy a home in Tucson and told her the area we were interested in. Stacey met with us the next day with a list of homes in that particular area. We visited about 6-7 homes until we came across the one we really liked.
